These terms are an agreement between you and Weilin Chang LLC (“we”, “us”), which operates My Nearby Pro at mynearbypro.com. By using the service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The free website. You can claim a business page with online booking at no cost and with no credit card. It is genuinely free and yours to keep. We may show you our paid services, but you are never required to buy anything to keep your page. We may retire unused pages after 12 months of inactivity, and we will email you first.
Paid services. The AI receptionist and our other services are monthly subscriptions billed in advance through Stripe. Prices are shown at checkout before you pay. One-time services are billed once.
You keep ownership of everything you give us: your business name, services, prices, photos and text. You grant us the license needed to host and display it. You confirm you have the right to use what you upload, and that it is not misleading, unlawful, or someone else’s.
We may remove content that breaks these terms or the law.
You agree not to use the service to:
The AI receptionist answers calls, quotes the prices you configure, and books appointments into your calendar. You are responsible for the information you configure it with — including your prices, hours and service area.
It is software, and it can make mistakes. It may mishear a caller, misjudge an unusual request, or fail during an outage of a network we depend on. You should review your bookings. We do not guarantee that it will answer every call, book every job, or never make an error, and we are not liable for a booking it takes or misses. Test it before you point real customers at it.
If you use it to call or text your own customers, youare the caller under telemarketing law: you are responsible for having consent, for honoring opt-outs, and for complying with the TCPA and your state’s rules. We provide the tools and the opt-out mechanism; we are not your compliance department.
The calculator on our marketing pages performs straightforward arithmetic on three numbers you type in. It shows what those calls would be worth on your own figures. It is not a projection, a forecast, or a promise of any result. We do not claim you will recover that amount, or any amount.
We do not promise rankings, traffic, leads, bookings, revenue, or any other business outcome. Nothing on our site, in our email, or said by our staff or our AI is a guarantee of results. Any figures we quote about our own service describe what the software does, not what your business will earn.
The service depends on providers including Stripe, Google, Retell AI and our host. Their outages, changes or decisions can affect the service. We are not responsible for third-party platforms, and nothing here makes us an agent of Google or any other platform.
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost business or lost data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose — and if you have paid us nothing, our liability is limited to $100.
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your use of the service, your marketing to your own customers, or your breach of these terms.
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaks these terms or the law, or that creates risk for us or other users. We will give notice where it is reasonable to do so.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, and both of us consent to that jurisdiction.
We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top, and for significant changes we will email account holders. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
