Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

We do not sell your personal information for money, and we never have.

We do share limited identifiers — advertising cookies, and an irreversibly hashed version of your email or phone number — with Google and Meta, so we can tell which of our ads actually produced a signup. Under California’s privacy law that counts as “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising, and you have the right to switch it off. Use the button below.

What this does and does not do

• It does stop the Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta Pixel tags from loading in this browser, so no new identifiers are collected or shared.
• It does not log you out, break booking, or change anything about the service. Cookies that are strictly necessary — your login session, your referral credit, your language — keep working.
• It does not delete data we already hold. To request deletion, use the section below.

Global Privacy Control

If your browser or extension sends the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat it as a valid opt-out and honor it automatically — you do not need to click anything.

Your other privacy rights

If you live in California or another US state with a comparable privacy law, you can also ask us to tell you what we hold about you, send you a copy, correct it, or delete it. We will not treat you differently for asking.

Email hello@mynearbypro.com with the subject “Privacy request” and tell us what you want. We respond within 45 days. So that we do not hand your information to someone else, please write from the email address on your account — or, if you do not have one, include enough detail for us to find your record.

An authorized agent may make a request on your behalf with written permission signed by you; we may still contact you directly to confirm it.
